Michael A. Suglich, CPA

Founder/President

Mike is an experienced entrepreneur and financial leader. In 1989, he was early to the computer software game. When Mike saw the opportunity to serve clients with accounting and telecommunications consulting, he founded MAS Consulting, a business he built and led for 21 years. In 2010, Mike merged the firm upstream with Sikich LLP. There, as a Senior Partner and Board member, he continued his work integrating business solutions for people, processes, financials, and systems. A strong emphasis on team, respect, and employee & customer satisfaction have always driven Mike to do better for and with those around him. He graduated from Illinois Benedictine College in 1982 with a BA in Accounting. There, he also enjoyed a successful All-American baseball career and was honored by his induction into the Athletic Hall of Fame.

Ryan Sheehan

Chief Technology Officer

Ryan is a business-minded technology executive with over 18 years of experience bridging the gap between corporate strategy and software engineering. He specializes in architecting scalable SaaS platforms that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Throughout his career, Ryan has led enterprise-wide cloud transformations and managed high-performing engineering teams. He is deeply focused on operational efficiency and user experience, ensuring that technology investments translate directly into predictable product delivery and platform stability.

Ryan holds an Executive MBA from the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Cox School of Business and a Master of Interactive Technology from SMU Guildhall. He is passionate about helping business leaders leverage technology to make confident decisions that drive performance and profitability.

Woody Torrez

Principal Solution Architect

Woody has twenty-five years of technology development and architecture experience with a diverse background Architecting and Implementing SaaS and Hosted solutions. Throughout his career he has spent time in start-up organizations and Fortune 500 firms. Woody has experience in FinTech, Tax Software, E-commerce, Real Estate, Government Medicaid Billing and Warehouse Distribution software.

While building solutions, the key point Woody always keeps in mind is to deliver data-driven solutions that enable organizations to leverage their data as actionable information.

Woody holds a BS in Computer Science from The College Of Engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
